Saturday Nights Rock at Club Louie's in Westlake Village. Get your tickets for the ultimate the Doors tribute band The Burning Doors Saturday, March 22nd from 7pm-8:30pm with a very Happy Hour from 5-7pm in the beautiful outdoor indoor lounge before the show. Enjoy delicious food like a Louie's Burger and Fries for just $18, draft beers for $6, Stonehaus wines for $9 a glass, and Louie's signature cocktails for just $12.

This is a private event and only the Burning Doors concert ticket holders can enter Louie's from 5-9pm. Show doors open at 6:30pm. GA tickets are Standing Room Only. VIP tickets are assigned and come with dedicated dining and cocktail service. After the show ticket holders must exit the concert venue, but they can stay in the outdoor indoor lounge, and when the Club doors open back at 9pm, there will be DJ's from 9pm til close and ticket holders will not have to pay a cover charge. GA (Standing Room Only) tickets are $25. VIP Tickets are $65-85 and come with *elevated views, couch seating, cocktail tables, and in-seat dining and cocktail service. *VIP Floor tickets have slightly elevated views. There is one semi private room at the back of the venue VIP Mezzanine Suite 2 for $500, comes with 10 tickets ($50 per VIP ticket).

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Westlake Village Inn reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. Liability for damage to the event space will be charged to the Client.

Bogies will not assume any liability for theft or any other type of loss of personal property, which occurs prior to, during, or after your function.

As a licensee of the California State Liquor Commission, Bogies strictly adheres to all laws and regulations pertaining to the sales, consumption, and service of alcoholic beverages. In particular, sale to minors and intoxicated persons.

In the event of natural disaster, extreme weather conditions, or terrorist attack, any portion of the event that is booked in any outdoor area will be moved based on available space and at Bogies discretion.

ARRIVAL TIME: Set up times are available 1 hour prior to your guest invite time. Your space will be held up to 1 hour after your designated arrival time. Your space will be released without refund should you fail to arrive within 1 hour of your guest arrival time.

MINIMUM: You must meet your food and beverage minimum with all consumables purchased on one tab through your personal designated server. Menu selection and meal counts must be received 1 week prior to function date. No changes in meal counts will be accepted 72 hours prior to the event date. After your minimum has been met, you may order through your server with separate tabs. Gratuity is not included in your minimum.

GUEST LIST: Your event has been allotted a specific number of persons to be included on your complimentary guest list. Upon arrival, you and your guests must enter the VIP line and provide party name along with valid I.D. Once the guest list max has been reached, there will be a cover charge of $10 per person unless a hotel key is presented along with room number and name on hotel reservation. You may also provide a specific guest list with the names of those whom you wish to receive waived entry.

DRESS CODE: The club reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not meet dress code requirements. The following items will not be admitted; -T-shirts -Sports & Athletic Apparel -Sweatshirts & Sweatpants -Ill-fitting or Overly Rugged Clothing -Ball Caps -Flip flops -Sagging pants

CANCELLATION: Event may be cancelled or transferred to another date with 72 hours’ notice. You will be refunded your deposit in full. If the event is cancelled without 48 hour notice or the host fails to appear for the reservation, the deposit will not be available for refund.
